Reviewing our County records it- is clear that 52-560 Aveinda Ramirez was constructed before 52-520 Avenida Ramirez, Because County standards were different from, those enforced by the City, the City is unable to determine who actually owns the•*etaining wall and fence and therefore whose responsibility it is to maintain it. This issue has become a civil matter to correct. It is our hope and we encourage both you and your neighbor to resolve your differences and come to a mutual agreement for repairs and maintenance of the retaining wall and fence, this benefits you both.
