The building is considered "dangerous" within the meaning of paragraphs 13, 15, 16, and 17 of Section 302 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. In sum it has been determined that the building is in a dangerous condition and that the life,. health and safety of its occupants are endangered. Accordingly the Building Official orders that the building be vacated immediately and that permits to repair the violation be obtained.and work commenced within 60 -days of the date of this notice and order.
