The building is considered "dangerous" within the meaning of paragraphs 13, 15, 16, and 17 of Section 302 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. In sum it has been determined that the building is in a dangerous condition and that the life,. health and safety of its occupants are endangered. Accordingly the Building Official orders that the building be vacated immediately and that permits to repair the violation be obtained.and work commenced within 60 -days of the date of this notice and order. The building. has been posted as "Unsafe to Occupy" by the Building official because of the ;immediate danger posed by the faulty wiring.. If work is not commenced within the time specified the Building Official may proceed to cause the work to .be done and charge the costs thereof against the property or its owner. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from this order or any action of the Building Official to the City Council, provided the appeal is made in writing as set forth in Section 501 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings and provided- that the appeal is filed with the Building Official within 10 days from the date of service of this order.
