On or about 10 July 2013 1 visited the noted project site to perform structural observations as the Jarman's
requested. at that time i observed a wall they wished to remove and found that it is not a bearing wall with, no
connection to the roof and no bolting to the foundation, and no nailing and strapping issues. therefore the non
bearing partition wall, in my professional opinion may be removed with no adverse effect to the building's structural
integrity
