Dear Mr. Cross:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for two
permanent signs for Luxe Vacation Rentals, located at 51-370 Avenida Bermudas. The
approval is subject to the -following Conditions of Approval:
1. This sign permit grants one internally -illuminated building identification sign and one
non -illuminated monument wall sign. The total square footage for the building sign
shall be no greater than 21:00 square feet. The total square footage for the
monument wall sign shall be no greater than 5.25 square feet.
The materials for the signs are per the approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
2. If necessary, a building permit shall be obtained prior to any work on the signs being
started.
