The Esplanade Community Association Architectural Review Committee reviewed and j
approved the plans to install a pool & spa and pool deck on the condition that all proper
and necessary building permits are obtained by the City of La Quinta, you must furnish
the Architectural Committee with a copy of your City permit from the City of La Quinta
before work commences and that the landscape is fully re -stored.
Just a reminder that approval from the DRC is meant for aesthetic purposes only and
should not be interpreted as a waiver of any required permits or adherence to all
applicable building ordinances as required. Additionally, no approval is granted for
storage of construction material on common areas and all care should be exercised to
minimize traffic disruption or noise and dust impact upon neighboring properties.
