A plan review was performed and a structural correction list. was generated on August.10, 2005. Our records indicate that (1) corrected drawings were never resubmitted for review and approval, (2) no application extension was requested, resulting in the application having expired on Monday, January 30, 2006, and (3) no building permit was ever issued for this now constructed patio cover.
