I am a licensed Architect in the State of California and the structural designer of record for the noted project.
I have visited the noted site to perform Building Code mandated structural construction observations prior to
final framing inspection and wrapping the structure. During my observations I observed that the framing,
foundation and foundation/framing interface appeared to be in substantial conformance with the structural
design intent of the record structural construction documents as evidenced in the record drawings.
Therefore, I hereby certify that the structural construction systems are ready to receive the City's
final framing inspection and that the addition is ready to wrap.
