your Third Suornittal (survey report) for Architectural Improvements on Breva Lot #6 in the Citrus.
The Architectural Committee is in receipt of all the survey report you submitted electronically on
Monday, August 4, 2014, enclosed. On August 8, 2014, the Architectural Committee motioned,
seconded, and Voted to accept the statements on the report.
Please be awa>ie, any deviation- from the approved. plans, (working drawings, precise grading plans,
landscape plates) must first be submitted to, and subsequently approved by, the Architectural
Committee befbre- the- changes can -be made.
Failure to submit changes and receive approval for changes to the approved plans as listed above,
could subject }{ou to fines, compliance assessments, and any other compliance enforcement actions
available to the Board of Directors.
