Desert Development, LLP and agree to the following. • No easements have been recorded regarding the area between the two houses. • The property line is a straight line roughly 5' off of the Thronson home and parallel to the exterior wall. • The only access to this area is through the Saretsky entry gate. • Saretsky understands that Bubble Springs will be installing gas and electrical conduit in this area on Thronson property to serve the Thronson rear yard, but will need access through the Saretsky gate. Bubble Springs will remove and reinstall/replace any landscaping material necessary to complete the work whether on Thronson or Saretsky property. The cost of this work will be the responsibility of Thronson. • Saretsky plans on improving his rear yard sometime in the future and will need gas and electrical service lines. Bubble Springs will install these two conduits now while performing the Thronson work These lines will be on Saretsky property and will run from the east side of the house under the driveway and then along the entry walk and continue along the side of the house to a point near the a/c units. These lines will be capped off for future use.
