The plans were approved subject to the following comments: 1. The pool equipment and J boxes need to be screened from the golf course with the installation of a wing wall or shrub massing. Neither can be visible from the course. 2'. Please clarify the barbecue height prior to installation. The committee will need to approve the height before the barbecue is installed. 3. The sink for the barbecue area is shown as draining into a drywell. This is not acceptable per code. The waste drainage will need to be tied into the water system for the house. 4. On the golf course property line, only lawn to match the golf course as shown shall be allowed within a 12" setback from the property line. No planters, including trees, shrubs, or groundcover other than lawn shall be allowed in this 12" setback. 5. Landscape lighting is not specified and must conform to the "lighting" requirements in " the Architectural Review Guidelines. 6. Install area drains with a bubbler adjacent to the street. 7. No palm springs gold fines, gravel of any type or cobble shall be installed where visible from either the golf course or the front street side. 8. The barbecue shall be stainless steel or black finish. 9. The plant material shown on the landscape plan at the southeast corner of the property is not designated. This material shall be shrubs, but not trees of any type. "We are in receipt of the signed construction regulations.
