The above referenced condominums are currently under the ownership of Desert Cove
Partners. Flooring treatments will be installed in 77-370 Camino Quintana as
of January 14, 1992. The unit will receive ceramic tile in the entry, kitchen
and laundry room. Carpet will be installed in the remaining areas. Flooring
treatments will not be installed in 77-360 and 77-350 Camino Quintana until such
time as they are sold by Desert Cove Partners to individual homeowners. The unit

Please note that a setback adjustment was approved by the
Planning Department on July 10, 1990, stating the following:
Pools/spas and pool equipment are allowed to be located

course on lots in Tract 21120. Permission, however, must
first be obtained from the owners of the adjacent golf
course allowing the placement of the pool/spa or pool
