• Doors and gates serving rooms or spaces with an occupant load of 50
or more shall not be equipped with latch / lock unless equipped with
panic hardware.
• Illuminated exit signage in appropriate locations as approved by Riv.
Co. Fire .Dept.
• Egress doors shall swing in the direction of travel when serving an
occupant load of 50 or more.
• Code compliance issues...
Code Issues (including. items listed above) to be resolved prior to re -opening.
• Architectural Floor and Site Plans;
• Occupant load analysis and exit analysis of room and spaces;
• Structural review and calculations of all fixes for clearance issues and
