1. This sign permit is for one building -mounted illuminated. reversed channel letter sign. The
sign size, materials, . and location are per approved plans on file with the Planning
Department.
2. The sign is permitted on the west building. elevation, facing Washington Street. The sign
shall not exceed fifty (50) square feet in area.
3. The sign letters, sign size and location shall conform to the approved Sign Program for .
the La Quinta Medical. Center (SA 2006-1022).
4. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & 4�fety Department prior to installation
