Dear Mr. Cross:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your request for one building -
mounted identification sign for "Cork & Fork", located at 47-875 Caleo Bay Drive, within
the Caleo Bay Park commercial center. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
1. This sign permit grants one building -mounted sign for "Cork & Fork". The sign
lettering shall be mounted to the building and the sign shall be reverse -illuminated
channel letters. The sign shall conform to the sign graphics on file with this
application.
2. The sign is limited to a maximum letter height of fifteen (15) inches. The sign shall
not exceed a total of fifteen (15) square feet in area.
3. The applicant is required to obtain a building permit prior to the placement of signs
on the building. The Building and Safety Department can be reached at (760) 777-
