The approval is subject to the following Conditions: 1. This sign permit is for one illuminated reverse channel letter sign and logo. The sign materials and location are per approved plans on file with the Community Development Department. 2. The lettering for the sign shall be reverse channel lettering and shall not exceed an area of twenty five (25) square feet. The color of the sign shall.be grey and blue. The logo shall be red, white and blue, and shall not exceed an area of six (6) square feet. The logo shall be reverse pan channel. The sign and logo shall have a maximum of 4" returns and shall be "pinned" off the building fascia by 1" inch. �. The sign and logo may be illuminated; however, illumination for the signs is limited to reverse pan channel lettering. The sign and logo shall riot be illuminated until the completion of Buildings B, C, and D. Upon completion of Buildings B, C, and D, the signs shall be illuminated.
