The approval is subject to the following Conditions: 1. This sign permit is for one illuminated reverse channel letter sign and logo. The sign materials and location are per approved plans on file with the Community Development Department. 2. The lettering for the sign shall be reverse channel lettering and shall not exceed an area of thirteen (13) square feet. The color of the sign shall. be red. The logo shall be red, white and blue, and shall not exceed an area of six (6) square feet. The logo shall be backlit, similar to reverse channel letters, and shall have an opaque face. The letters in the logo, "Realty Executives" shall be internally illuminated. The sign and logo shall have 4" returns and shall be "pinned" off the building fascia by 1 '/z' inches. 3. The sign and logo may be illuminated; however, the sign and logo shall not be illuminated until the completion of Buildings B, C, and D. Upon completion of Buildings B, C, and D, the signs shall be illuminated. Once illuminated, the sign and logo shall be turned off no later than 9:00 p.m. Sign and logo illumination shall be limited to 4500 neon or equal with 30 MA transformers. 4.
