Dear Brad:
Enclosed please find your partially approved plans. Your application for the hardscape was reviewed and
conditionally approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC) subject to notations. Review an follow
these notes while completing these improvements. The landscape requires additional information for
further review.
Please re -submit two (2) copies of revised plans within thirty (30) days and include all information,
modifications and revisions requested by the Architectural Control Committee and as required by the
Homeowner Design Guidelines.
Prior to entering into a contract, we recommend homeowners check the status of the contractor's licenses
and any complaint information that may be filed against them. You can do this by calling the Contractors
State License Board at 1-800-321-2752. Once you have contracted with a company to install your property
improvements, please advise them of the following restrictions:
1. Posting of Contractors Sign - Many contractors like to post their sign on the homeowner's property
while under construction as a method of advertising their services. These signs are not allowed
within the community. We wanted to let you know this in case your contractor asks to post his or
her sign on your property.
2. Storing of Construction Materials - Please advise your contractor that all construction materials
must be kept on your property and not -placed or stored on the street, sidewalk or in any fashion
that may impact -ori 'o :th'e'neighbonng propeities
