The finish lot grading and drainage are constructed on this lot in accordance with the requirements of the governmental agencies in this jurisdiction. For your own protection, please be sure that landscaping, walls, patios and other improvements installed provide for positive drainage away from the foundation of your home (2% minimum) and away from your neighbor's property. You will be responsible for damage to your home or lot or to your neighbor's home or lot due to improper modification of the finish lot grading and/or drainage. Please also refer to Section 4.7 of your Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions entitled "Drainage" for more details.
