The Architectural Committee has approved your application for new construction of the pool at 81455
Carboneras.
Per the Architectural Guidelines:
Permits - All owners shall be responsible to obtain all building permits and pay all fees to the City of La
Quinta.
All work to commenced within thirty (30) days after receipt of the final written approval and completed
within ninety (90) days after commencement unless written consent for a longer period is received. Also
please be advised CC&R's 2.13.2 states ,Each owner shall complete the installabon of landscaping on the
courtyard and rear yard no later than three (3) months alter the close of esao .
Hours of Construction: May 1- September 30 - 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Saturday. No work on Sunday's.
During construction, all externally visible aspects of the job site should be policed daily and maintain a
neat job site. No dumping of dirt or contract is allowed on the project. Damage to any exterior
landscaping or watering system is the responsibility of the owner. Dumpsters are approved for a period
up to 60 days, and extensions must be made by the Design Review committee. Also you will find
attached a form relative to grading and drainage responsibility of the owners that will need to be signed
and returned to the management office as soon as possible.
