The Design Review Committee has approved your Architectural Improvement Request
for the construction of your pool and spa, in accordance with the submitted drawings and
paperwork.
The approval for the type and color of tile were not considered because the tile samples
were not provided.
Please remember that this approval does not permit you to alter any property that is not
within the boundaries of your residential lot. Also, it is important that you understand that you, as
the homeowner, are responsible for maintaining and insuring any betterments and improvements
to your home.
All work is to be completed by 15 September as indicated in previous conversations.
