COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
This certificate of compliance lists the building features and specifications needed to comply with Title 24, Parts 1 and 6 of the California Code of
Regulations, and the administrative regulations to implement them. This certificate has been signed by the individual with overall design responsibility.
The undersigned recognizes that compliance using duct design, duct sealing, verification of refrigerant charge and`TXVs, insulation Installation quality,
and building envelope sealing require installer testing and certification and field verification by an approved HER rater.

Regarding: Structural Construction Observation
To Whom It May Concern,
I am a licensed Architect in the State of California and have visited the noted site to perform Building Code
mandated. structural construction observations prior to final framing inspection and wrapping the structure.
During my observations I indicated to the builder that I felt better with the sills of the three high windows in the
west wall of`the garage being strapped just. -like the headers lare to better transmit the loads in that shear wall
especially with the location of the electric, panel immediately to the south of the windows. This has already
been accomplished.
The framing, foundation and foundation/framing interface appeared to be in substantial conformance` with the
structural design intent of the record structural construction documents as evidenced in the record drawings.
If you have any further questions regarding this project please do not hesitate in contacting me.
Sincerely,
Charles D. Garland "Tq
