After due consideration the Board of Directors has approved your submittal Wntingent,on
the following items:
1. Applicant is aware that this approval is I'or the pool -and spa remodel only and any
and all shade or trellis structures will be submitted to Association for future.= - r
review and decision of the Association.
2. Owner must obtain all permits through City of La Quinta.. .'
3. Owner agrees to ensure that the contractor keeps the streets, gutters and adjacent 1
properties clean and free of dirt, trash, debris or other material related to or caused
by the work and clean up of all street spills on a daily basis: Sweeping the streets
every day, prior to washing down the street every night: Do not let any debris`
travel down the streets toward any neighbors.
4. Construction hour% are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
5. Owner will be held responsible for any road damaged caused by contractors work
or vehicles. We strongly recommend use of plywood sheets under roof materials,
or stockpiles on the road as needed to protect the road surface. This is especially
