Dear Mr. & Mrs. Strand,
This is to inform you the Architectural Committee for Talante Homeowners Association met
recently to review your 9/14/11 submittal requesting the following:
1. Rear yard barbeque island'
2, New Pool & Spa
After due consideration the Architectural Committee has approved your request contingent on the
following:
1. No new planting.
2. No waterfalls or other structures higher than 36".
3. Owner must obtain all permits through City of La Quinta.
4. Owner agrees to ensure that the contractor keeps the streets, gutters and adjacent
properties clean and free of dirt, trash, debris or other material related to or caused by the
work and clean up of all street spills on a daily basis. Sweeping the streets every day,
prior to washing down the street every night. Do not let any debris travel down the
streets toward any neighbors.
5. Construction hours are Monday - Saturday from 8:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
6. Owner will be held responsible for any road damaged caused by contractors work or
vehicles. We strongly recommend use of plywood sheets under roof materials or
stockpiles on the road as needed to protect the road surface. This is especially important
during this period of extreme heat.
7. Owner required to submit $1,000 refundable Construction Deposit payable to Talante
H.O.A.
8. Owner agrees to submit the Notice of Completion form at the end of the project.
