I had a chance to visit your home last Friday, and inspect.your rear yard concrete patio.
We believe the patio concrete has been installed correctly. The patio is poured at the
foundation height (parallel to the doors) and slopes away from the house for adequate
drainage. Being that the concrete patio is underneath your patio roof and is completely
covered, no consideration was given to its location next to the weep screed.
In addition, your home was inspected by the City of La Quinta and received all of the
required approvals.
At this time we are not able to make any changes to your concrete patio'. The balance of
your customer service items is being scheduled for completion. If you have any
questions please feel free to contact our office.
