substantial dimunition in the enjoyment, use or value of adjacent
properties.
11.72.030 T-8 - Dead, decayed, diseased or hazardous trees, hedges,
weeds, shrubs and overgrown vegetation likely to harbor rats or vermin or
constitute an unsightly appearance or fire hazard.
11.72.03. X Those offenses declared a nuisance anywhere in the Municipal
Code of the City of LaQuinta or -the statutes of the State.of California
or known at common law as nuisanceswhen the same exist within the
jurisdiction of the City of La Quinta..
Due to the violations as described, the structure at the described location is
deemed to be "dangerous" within the meaning of Paragraphs 5, 6, 8, 99 12, 13,
18 of Section 302 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of
15, 16, 17, and
Dangerous Buildings.
It has been determined by the Building Official that the above conditions must
be abated by repair or demolition. If the owner decides to abate the nuisance
by demolition, a permit must be obtained within 30 days of this Notice and
Order and demolition completed within 30 days ofthe permit receipt. If the
owner decides to abate the nuisance -by repair, permits must be obtained with
30 days and the work commenced within 30 days of the perm= -issuance. All
work must be completed within 180 days of this not -ice and order. If the owner
fails to comply with this Notice of Order, the Building Official may cause the
work to be done and charge the costs thereof against the property or its
owner.
If the above required demolition or repair work is not commenced within the
time specified, the Building Official (i) will order the building posted to
prevent occupancy until the work is completed, and/or (ii) will proceed to
cause the demolition to be done and charge the costs thereof against the
property or its owner. _
Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may-
