A. recent inquiry about the above dwelling revealed that the square footage of this house had -
additional area added during construction. Our records do indicate that the actual square footage
for this home is 2736 square. feet. The additional footage was added during the construction
process, as evidenced by revised truss calculations and additional school fees. The added areas
were inspected at the time of construction and met allCity requirements.
