Your Architectural Improvement Application requesting approval for the installation of a swimming pool,
with spa, decking, fire pit and barbecue island, was reviewed -and approved by the Architectural Committee.
Placement of all components must meet the City's minimum set -back requirements per City Code. You
should also be aware .that dual main drains are now required in all new pool installations. Please be sure all
construction access points and landscaping are restored to their original condition as soon as possible.
We hope you have chosen a licensed and insured contractor to perform the work Please be reminded that
all maintenance of the alteration will be the responsibility of you and any future owner of your home. This
information should be disclosed if you choose to sell your home. All City permits are to be obtained with a
copy of the final permit sent to the Association at the address above.
We thank you for your cooperation in following the guidelines -set forth in the CC&R's. If at any time, a
portion of the plans or related documents submitted to the Board of Directors/Architectural Review
Committee changes or is later determined to require significant modifications, the Association reserves the
right to require you to submit additional plans for review. In such an event, the Association may withhold
approval for that portion of the modifications until they have been determined to conform to the
Association's requirements.
It is your responsibility to keep the common area street, clean and free of debris at all times.
Your contractorshould sweep up any: dirt in the street as,opposed to washing it down in
front of someone. else's house. Please provide the "Rules for Domestic Help" to your
contractor and remind them not to park on the street Fridays from 9 -noon due to street
sweeping.
