This letter is to report approval of your setback adjustment application pursuant to Chapter
9.188 of the City of La Quinta Planning and Zoning regulations, subject to conditions and
in accordance.with attached exhibits.
SETBACK ADJUSTMENT REQUEST: To reduce the rear yard setback from 10 -feet to
4 -feet for a private patio cover.
CONDITIONS:
