__ Notice. pursuant to_the La Quinta Municipal Code, Title 11 of the City of La Quinta, having
been recorded on the 10 day of March 2009. Document # 2009-0113329 of official
records of the County of Riverside, State of California, pertaining to the real property therein
described; and
The City is releasing this Notice of Pendency due to a change in ownership. However, release of the Notice of
Pendency does not indicate or imply that the property is in compliance, or that the violations present at the time
of recordation have been corrected or no longer exist. The buyer is required to correct any and all violations
present on the property which maylshall require investigation and/ordue-diligence on the part of the
owner/buyer/investor/vested interest. Should violations continue to exist or reoccur, a new Notice of Pendency
may be placed do the property in the future.
There being no monies owing and due to said city for abatement expenses, or there being no cause for a tax
and special assessment lien on the real property because of proceedings giving rise to the execution and
recording of the above mentioned notice; and therefore
The above mentioned NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS is hereby
releas a said document shall be of no further force or effect.

NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS
Notice is hereby given to all persons, pursuant to the La Quanta Municipal Code, Title 11 of the City of
La Quanta that administrative abatement proceedings have been commenced with respect to the
property or land located upon the following described real property in the City of La Quanta;
Lot 6 of Tract 2117, in the City of La Quanta, County of Riverside, as per map recorded in Book 40,
Pages 81 through 83, Inclusive of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Ccunty.
that such proceedings are based upon the non-compliance of such structure or land with the
requirements of the La Quanta Municipal Code; that every owner of said real property waives his right
to hearing on such proceedings unless he makes a proper request in the form and within the time
prescribed by the code cited; and that failure to comply with the lawful orders of the Building Official,
heretofore and hereto after issued relative to the above matter may result in demolition of the
offending structure or abatement of the public nuisance and assessment of the costs and expense
thereof to the property heretofore described as a tax and special assessment lien on such property;
that any purchaser, his heirs, or assigns acquiring said property subsequent to the recording of the
Notice with the County Recorder shall have such interest subject and subordinate to said tax and
assessment lien.
Notice of Pendency will remain public record until La Quanta Municipal violations and other related
codes adopted by the City; have been corrected and all contractor abatement and/or direct costs
incurred by the City have been paid and corrections verified by the Code Compliance Department. To
verify the existence of lien(s) or amount of abatement costs, you must contact the office of the City
Cler~t (760) 777-7002 with the complaint number and property address.
