The Architectural Committee reviewed your request for the back yard
pool/spa, bar-b-que, and surrounding patio. The plan was approved as
submitted with the following conditions:
• All necessary City permits will be obtained prior to starting work.,
• No materials will be stored In the street at anytime.
• All debris must be cleaned from the front yard on a dally basis.
• The side wall which will be removed must be temporarily secured for
safety reasons at the end of each work day
• Any dirt/debris left in the street must be washed down at the end of
each work day.
Upon completion, please send your notification in writing to this office,
and the committee will Inspect the site and the $1500 will be returned.
• You will be responsible for any damage to the common areas caused
by your contractor during -this construction. You are responsible for
contacting all utilities before digging.
