request to install a pool and spa as per the plans submitted.
Please advise your contractor that the'common areas/streets are not to be used for
storage of any equipment or materials. Any debris form construction in the street
must be swept up and then the area washed down .each day by the contractor. The
contractor may not post signage at the property. The cost of repair for any damage
done to the common area/street is your responsibility:
Hidden Canyon permits construction from lam to 6pm, Monday through Saturday.
Please make your contractor aware-that they must follow the rules and regulations'
