'Once the building is -set. and tied down, the retaining wall is added to the perimeter of the building to prevent water
from flooding the pit. Itis very important that this is done with proper• ventilation to prevent mold and mstto the
building. We recommend that the retaining wall to be constructed with .either concrete blocks or treated wood. The
pit is then -backfilled with dirt once the retaining.,wall has been. installed.: If using treated wood, we recommend that
stakes are placed every 4'- and the `treated wood -be nailed to the stakes and not the trim of the building,
