1. Remove all electrical installations that are not permitted. This will include the sub
panel in the garage, all added receptacles, wiring, and conduits
within the dwelling that are not permitted.
2. All windows that have been covered within the dwelling will be restored to their
original state to allow light, and egress as originally intended.
3. All waterlines or pipes that have been added and are not permitted will be removed
from the dwelling, as well as the garage.
4. The garage will be restored to its original condition. This will include the removal of
the wall going down the center of the garage. The removal of all equipment related to the
grow operation i.e. lights, fans, carbon filters, tables, reservoirs, and ballasts. This will
also include the removal of the wall obstructing the garage doors. All related equipment
will be removed from the bedroom in the dwelling as well. In addition the non permitted
sub panel, conduit, all added outlets, and load centers will be removed from the garage.
5. The two non permitted air conditioning units in the garage will also be removed.
6. All walls and ceilings will be restored to their original condition to meet the required
fire rating. This will be accomplished by patching all holes or voids with like materials.
This will include all holes in the dwelling as well as the garage.
7. Restore approved electrical connection to power. In addition the garage doors will be
restored to working order.
8. Two permits will be required to complete the scope of work described above. The first
permit needed will be a demolition. permit this allow the demo and repair work to be
completed. As well as the removal of all non permitted items as described above.. The
second permit needed will be a special inspection permit. The special inspection permit
will allow the electricity to be restored to the residence.
