conditionally approved on June 1, 2015 by the Griffin Ranch Architectural Committee. ;
Please ensure that you comply with the conditions noted below:.
(1) The Committee approves plans and specifications based on aesthetics and compliance with. the community'.
guidelines. They do not review for engineering design or structural integrity. Zoning and building permits-- are. the
responsibility of the homeowner.
(2) This approval is for the above mentioned improvements and does not include the addition of any vertical
improvements. Any changes to the proposed design will require the submission of a new application.
(3) The Committee has the right to inspect improvements, constructed or being constructed, to determine that
such improvements have been or are being executed in compliance with the plans and specifications approved.
(4) Upon completion of of the project, please submit your Notice of Completion Form along with photographs of
the completed improvements. Once the Notice of Completion has been approved, the refundable deposit of
$2500 will be returned.
