My findings are.as follows. Although the addition falls short of today's electric codes (there are no wall receptacles), it appears to meet all other codes at the time construction was done. I was unable to verify covered construction such as framing, electrical wiring, drywall nailing, lathing, insulation, roof nail, etc. Overall the addition seems to be constructed in a professional manner. Exits are unobstructed, and setbacks conform to existing standards. The room is not to be used for sleeping purposes. If you have any further questions, feel free to call me at 777-7012. Thank you.
