Please have your plan checker call me to discuss Mr. Chester's project because his property is listed as historic (1933) by
the City's 1997 Survey, meaning all improvements need HPC and CC review. I just met with Mr. Chester about this matter
and he is scheduled to come in to talk with Dept. staff about this issue. We are not sure his modern architecture for the
detached building will be approved in that it is not compatible with the main house, etc. TX
