Dear Mr. and Mrs. Huston:
The Architectural Committee has approved your application for new construction of the pool at
58445 Carmona.
Per the Architectural Guidelines:
Permits — All owners shall be responsible to obtain all building permits and pay all fees to the
City of La Quinta.
All work to commenced within thirty (30) days after receipt of the final written approval and
completed within ninety (90) days after commencement unless written consent for a longer
period is received.
Hours of Construction: May 1 — September 30 - 6:00 a.m.. to 7:00 p.m. Monday — Friday and
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday. No work on Sunday's.
During construction, all externally visible aspects of the job site should be policed daily and
maintain a neat job site. No dumping of dirt or contract is allowed on the project. Damage to
any exterior landscaping or watering system is the responsibility of the owner. Dumpsters ate
approved for a period up to 60 days, and extensions must be made by the Design Review
committee.
