SECTION C - ARCHITECTURAL 1. The proposed finishes are specified on Exterior Elevations — Sheets # 5 and 6. The legend in the right upper corner of the page lists the materials used — for all the walls and ceilings the Legend stipulates "stucco". Additionally there's specification sheet (last page, Sheet 6) under "Wall and Ceiling Materials". 2. The fireplace in question is and outside only fireplace build directly on the ground and surrounded by patio paving and as such does not require to have a separate hearth. 3.
