1. The printer had not printed the full set as submitted to them. Sheet Index was
correct — see the new, hopefully correctly printed set.
2. All sheets were stamped and signed by the preparer.
SECTION C - ARCHITECTURAL
1. The proposed finishes are specified on Exterior Elevations — Sheets # 5 and 6.
The legend in the right upper corner of the page lists the materials used — for all
the walls and ceilings the Legend stipulates "stucco". Additionally there's
specification sheet (last page, Sheet 6) under "Wall and Ceiling Materials".
2. The fireplace in question is and outside only fireplace build directly on the ground
and surrounded by patio paving and as such does not require to have a separate
hearth.
3. Fireplace chimney height requirement was added on the #5 Patio BBQ Elevation
located on the Sheet #6.

with California Plumbing Code (CPC) Chapter 11. Show calculations to justify the size and number of
drains provided. Assume 2 inches of rainfall per hour.

SECTION K - MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTS
1) Red marks on Plans, even if not specifically mentioned in this list, indicate items needing correction. Revise
Plans as necessary and provide written response, noting where correction can be found.
2) Provide one copy each of the Site Plan and Floor Plan for the County Assessor's office. While not required
for resubmittal, this administrative item must be addressed prior to issuance of building permit.
3) Provide letter of approval from Homeowners' Association.
4) Inadequate information has been provided at this submittal to calculate fees for this project. Fee calculation
will be performed when Plans are complete.
