Subject: limited Structural Observation ti
Dear Sirs;
On various days,, a representative of our firm visited the site and performed walk thcough
observations of the above referenced project.
We did not observe the foundation excavations or steel placement; however, we reviewed the
r visible foundation anchorage, from above the slab, and framing for conformity to the approved
Plans. Observed structural deficiencies were brought to the attention of the controctor andlwere
resolved. Based upon our observations at the site; it is the opinion of JOWN FNG/NEkYNG; _ f

Gentlemen,
A field survey conducted under my supervision on this date indicates that the existing

design pad elevation is 38.7, and the Finished Floor is to be 12" higher than;the pad, the
existing pad grade is. within acceptable parameters for issuance of a buildin;; permit.
