99 for your Ventanas home in La Quinta. The plans were approved subject to the following
comments:
1. Exterior lighting is not specified and must conform to the "lighting" requirement in the
Architectural Review Guidelines.
2. The Construction Regulation's are signed by your contractor, but have not been signed by
you. We will need your signature on this form to make the file complete.
We are in receipt of the construction deposit and the signed Grading and Drainage form. Thank
