Dear Mr. and Mrs. Freer,
The Ventanas Architectural Committee has reviewed your submittal of pool and landscape plans
for your home on Rio Arenoso. The plans were approved subject to the following comments:
1. The bubble box as specified for drainage will not be adequate. You will need to have
your contractor core drill to the curb for drainage.
2. The landscape plan shows that the general contractor will be. responsible for grading
+/- one tenth of one foot. This will need to be removed as there is no general
contractor for the job, just the landscape installer.
We are in receipt of the necessary construction deposits, the signed Grading and Drainage form
and the signed Construction Regulations. Mrs. Freer, thank you for your attendance at the last
architectural meeting. The committee will be reviewing again your concerns with the view
issues.
