FOAMBOND proposes to remove tile install new underlayment with necessary repairs
and material and place existing tile back on roof on app 932 sq. feet
TILE R&R ON EXISTING ROOF
PREPARATION & INSTALLATION:
1. Remove existing tile down to existing underlayment (app 932 sq. feet)
2. Clean plywood surface of existing roof from underlayment, dirt and debris
3. Inspect all vents and pipe flashings, install new ones if damaged or missing (base
Flashings as well as aluminum flashings)
4. Replace damaged wood as needed ($2.00 a linear foot)
5. Install new 2x2 edge metal, tile pan and counter flashing along parapet walls
6. Remove 2x4 from ridge to cross new underlayment and install back over new felt
7. Install new 40 lb. underlayment on entire surface
8. Install new 2x7x2 copping metal on parapet walls on tile roof section
9. Install existing concrete M tile back on roof
10. Replace all damaged tiles, to match as close as possible to existing tile
11. Add mastic and nails as needed
12. Two piece tile will have cement added as needed
FINAL WORK:
13. Paint all flashings and pipes to match roof
14. Remove all job related trash from job site
15. Perform a fmal job walk with the Owner or Owner's representative

16. This installation will carry a five year labor warranty
Price and payment terms: 10% upon contract acceptance. Balance due on job
