The following setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: Reduction of rear yard setback from 10 -feet to 5 -feet. FOR: Pool equipment. CONDITIONS: 1. Obtain a building permit from the Building Department. 2. The requirements of the S -R Zone shall be met. 3. The equipment shall be enclosed by a minimum 5 -foot -high masonry block wall to mitigate any noise that will be produced by the new equipment. The wall shall be built prior to a final inspection. After review it was determined that: 1. This adjustment is consistent with the intent and purpose of the Zoning Ordinance. 2.
