Field report
This letter is in regards to the above referenced project. As requested, on June 22, 2007, as the
engineer of record, I made a re -visit to the site for a follow up of my previous inspection. This
inspection was for Plan #3, elevation "B". The following is a list of my findings.
All beam and header sizes were accounted for. Truss's were installed per approved drawings. All
shear panels, shear transfer details, anchor bolts and holdowns were accounted for.
