This is. based on our review of the design drawings you sent us. Any changes to the design subsequent to these drawings should be discussed with us. We analyzed the buildings energy performance using the certified CALPAS3 computer program. The CALPAS3 budget for a multi -family building in'climate zone 15 is 38.90 kBtu/sf-yr. The estimated energy performance of the proposed design is 38.87 kBtu/sf-yr.
