Regarding: Building Permit # 12-373
Property Address: 78-435 Sand Flower Place, La Quinta, California 92253
Dear Sir,
I write at this. time for a request to extend my Building Permit #12-373 in regards to the
construction upon my property located at 78-435 Sand Flower Place, La Quinta, Ca:
Although we have made great headway to complete the project and now stand ready for
stucco wrap of the building to commence, followed up by stucco upon inspection of
wrap.
I have had to place a temporary stop on movement to complete the project due to a down
turn in my business and it became necessary for me to direct funds to maintain the
business at this time. This is a temporary delay and I trust to be back on track to.
completion in a short time, not withstanding any unforeseen further interruptions in
business which would demand financial attention.
I thank you in advance for your assistance, reyiewand, extension of -my permit at this
time.
Please contact me if you have any questions.','

RE: Addition at 78-435 Sand Flower
DATE: June -5, 1991
The room. and garage additions at the above address have been
permitted by the Building and Safety Department. T visitedthe
site personally on June 4, 199E to verify the setback and height
requirements.
The garage addition maintains the required 5' side setback. The
exact property line is difficult- to establish because of the
large oleanders at the site, but at its closest point the new
garage addition is 9' from the Vossler's block wall. Their block
wall appears to be several feet inside the property line at that
point.
The allowed height for that area is '-a maximum of 35'. The
highest point of the addition will be approximately 18' high.
Please notify me if' there are any other concerns with the
project.
