Improvement .plans for the entry street and gates shall be
submitted to the Fire Department for review and approval
prior to any installation.
6. All roof mounted or ground mounted electrical and/or
mechanical equipment shall be- adequately screened from
public view through approved methods unless otherwise
authorized by the Planning & Development Director.
7. All required street improvements for ingress/egress
through the entry gatehouses shall be complete, as
determinedby the City Public Works and Fire
Department's, prior to issuance .of occupancy permit or
prior to the operation of the applicable access gates.
8. Exterior color of 'the gatehouse shall match the color
scheme of PGA West. color concept. Any deviation(s) shall
