The electrical wiring and circuit breaker violation for 'the oven and spa ,circuits has been.
corrected 'with the installation of 'a new, properly sized circuit breaker. The faulty GFCI
protected circuit breaker has been replaced.
The physical inspection of the truss members in the attic relieved my concerns about the
structural integrity of the addition.

This letter will serve .to confirm the findings for the special inspection ate, Q-077. Palm Circle
Dr., Thursday, September 23, 1993.
The GFCI circuit breaker protecting the pool lights is faulty and needs to be replaced.
The sub -panel in the garage is protected by a 90 amp circuit breaker which also serves the oven.
This causes a distinct fire hazard as the wiring for the oven is undersized for the 90 amp
breaker. I believe this situation is -due to the main service panel being not. sufficiently sized to
accommodate the additional load required by the spa. I would recommend a licensed electrician
to calculate the load required for service and size the panel accordingly.
The addition of the den appears to have been done in a workmanlike fashion,. supported by the
fact it does not look like an an a addition. However, without being able to seethe critical load
carrying beam supporting the roof'and it's connections to the existing framework,. I cannot state -
it is acceptable to the Uniform Building Code.
If the permit issued for the den was "located, it would resolve the .questions listed above.
