until our Department has authorized it. We have not yet reviewed the proposed materials,
colors, and texture to determine compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood. Should a
request for the wall permit be submitted, please refer them to the Planning and Development
Department unless we provide clearance.

As you may recall on March 15, 1994, we sent you a letter requesting that you submit the
design materials and colors for the required 6 -feet high perimeter wall around your property.
We have not yet seen these items. As previously indicated, our concern will be that an attractive
wall is provided and one that is compatible with the neighborhood. We have been contacted by
one of the neighbors who is concerned that the perimeter wall match theirs for compatibility.
