The above items in addition to the structural framework are the minimums required to proceed to the next stage, which would be the installation of insulation. As you are aware from our correspondence dated December 12, 1995, your building permit was to expire on January 24, 1996 if the framing were not completed. Due to the date of this letter, we will allow you until February 7, 1996 to pass this inspection.
